Welcomes attention to topics or voices that have been marginalized or neglected by the mainstream literary culture. Possible genres: creative non-fiction, literary criticism, book or oeuvre reviews, interdisciplinary studies. Writers are especially encouraged to revitalize or re-imagine the form of the essay itself. Payment: $150 honorarium.
